Support: “We’ve got your back” is a core value of ours and we expect all our team members and clients to treat one another how they would like to be treated. We are inclusive with our group classes and clinic environment purposefully tailored to make you feel encouraged to become your healthiest self.
Safety: Compared to a gym facility, all our group classes are supervised by an Exercise Physiologist who has the skills to help you regardless of your injuries or health conditions. Better still, they will be able to provide you with variety, tailoring your exercise program, and holding you accountable to your health goals. We also limit our group classes to 6 people so we can provide you maximum safety when doing your program.

We infuse fun wherever we can with ever-changing music, themes, quizzes and questions.
